Check Router LEDs
🔆 PON Blinking: The router is trying to establish a connection. Ensure the fiber line is intact, properly inserted, and not bent or damaged.
🟢 PON Solid Green: Stable connection established. No action required.
🔴 LOS LED: Loss of signal detected. Check if the fiber cable is connected securely and undamaged. If the issue continues, contact support.
⚡ Power LED Off: Router is not receiving power. Check the power adapter, outlet, and power switch. Replace adapter if faulty.
📶 Wi-Fi LED Off: Wireless is disabled or not broadcasting. Verify Wi-Fi is enabled in the router settings or restart the router.
Slow Internet Speed
If you experience slow internet performance, please begin by running a speed test at fast.com and share the results with our support team for further analysis. This helps us determine whether the issue is related to network speed or other factors. Additionally, check if multiple devices are simultaneously streaming, downloading, or using large amounts of bandwidth, as this can significantly reduce available speed for each device. Weak Wi-Fi signals caused by distance, walls, or interference can also impact performance.
WiFi Coverage Issues
The 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal, while offering wider coverage, is more prone to interference from physical barriers such as walls, furniture, trees, and other obstacles. These obstructions can weaken the signal strength, which in turn may lead to reduced internet speeds or intermittent connectivity. If you experience weak signal or slow speeds, we recommend moving closer to the router, repositioning it to a more open or elevated location, or minimizing physical obstructions between your device and the router for better performance.
